We provide one-on-one personalized academic advising and college counseling to current high school, college and university students, as well as lifelong learners to help them achieve their goals. Our goal is to help students and professionals navigate through the college acceptance, transfer, and career competencies.

Our Values
Yeraz Benlian is the founder of Pathway2Career Consulting. She earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (CPP), and M.Ed. in Postsecondary Administration & Student Affairs at University of Southern California (USC). As a passionate lifelong learner, she founded Pathway2Career Consulting because she strongly believes that the power of education can transform the lives of many individuals. With seven years of hands-on industry experience at various postsecondary institutions in Southern California, she developed exceptional service skills. Through her professional experiences she gained great depth of knowledge for cultural awareness. With this unique skill, she looks to expand its application to create a greater impact on both traditional and nontraditional college students.
